We are a train loving family. We have enjoyed A Day Out with Thomas in 3 different states! My boys own their fair share of trains and tracks so this weekend we put an official end to the holiday by attending the Holiday Train Show at the New York Botanical Gardens! This was our very first trip and it certainly will not be our last.
The Holiday Train Show has been around for 20 years and the enchanting setting of the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory showcases more than 150 scaled iconic buildings and structures under thousands of twinkling lights. Model trains zipped through the landmarks on almost a half-mile of track! This years exhibition features 3,000 square feet of additional exhibition space, making room for dozens of new trains, bridges and tracks.
