Remember that at least one in four people struggle with a severe mental health problem. That’s quite a high number of people that we deal with every day. We should always take into consideration that just because a person doesn’t look sick doesn’t mean they aren’t sick.

Anxiety Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Dissociative Disorders, Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Psychosis, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
