Domestic Violence Awareness: Safe Horizon #PutTheNailinIt

For the past three years I have crocheted Domestic Violence Awareness earrings in support of the women at Safe Horizon
the largest non-profit victim services agency in the US; who’s mission is to provide support, prevent violence and promote justice for victims of crime and abuse, their families and communities.

This year along with the earrings I will participate in their campaign #PutTheNailInIt. I was introduced to Safe Horizon by a family member who is an employee of the organization; which rang the Nasdaq Stock Market closing bell on 9/29 to bring awareness to their anti-domestic violence campaign #PutTheNailInIt, and to highlight Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

I fully support this program and hope you will do the same thing. All you need to do to participate in #PutTheNailInIt is donate, paint, and share.  Below you will learn a little more about Safe Horizon and Domestic Violence.
